FIRST TRAINING SESSION - FRIDAY 3rd SEPTEMBER - NEWLANDS - 6pm-8pm (note new start time)
NEW SEASON STARTS SUNDAY 5th SEPTEMBER - 10am - 12noon at NEWLANDS
Tour de France - Meeting Sunday 5th Sept12.00 after training at Newlands

Match days - Please arrive at 9.30 for coach's briefing at 9.45 in the changing rooms
NOTE At all matches (home and away), Lads will be expected to shower, change into post match shirts and take hospitality in the clubhouse.
